We have released a new mobile app for BDW.

It is free and available for iOS by searching 'Best Destination Wedding' in iTunes, and for Android via Google play here:

Currently it only provides access to the Forum, Profile, and PMs, but we plan to add Blogs, Gallery, and Reviews in future releases.

The site now works on mobile without using an app.. try it out with your mobile browser, you may prefer it to tapatalk.

PMs are working again now. Thanks for your patience.

The pm system is currently working via tapatalk if you need to access while we work on a fix.

We are currently experiencing an issue with the Private Message system which is preventing people from opening messages.

We are investigating and will post here when it has been resolved.

We have updated the site so that it works on your mobile devices without having to use Tapatalk.

You can just go to the site using the browser on your phone, and 'skip' tapatalk if you get a popup for it.

The site should resize itself to fit the screen you are using and you should be able to access ALL of the areas, upload pictures, etc.

Let me know if you find any bugs or issues.

If you want to embed video, simply grab the URL from youtube.com (you cannot upload video to BDW), and paste the URL into your post and it will automagically embed for you:

Hi, I am having a very frusturating time trying to reactivate my old account that I had with you guys. I go to the page to reset my password but no email gets sent to my email address, I have tried numerous times. However when I created this new profile, the email came right away to my work address. I'm frusturated as I cannot view old content and I had paid to look at all attachments and now I can't even log into my own account. I tried to find the main board page to write you guys but was unable to find the link you spoke of on the help pages. My old account login was lcboyko and the email was [email protected] if that helps. It would be much appreciated if you could assist me with this as I actually need the attachments and documents now Thank-you.

Just to follow up, this issue was resolved.

Are our old PM's gone forever?  I can't locate all my old PM's before the website change! HELP!!!!!

We are still investigating the possibility of this, but for now, the PMs from the old system have not been carried over. Sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused by this, and thank you for your understanding and patience.

Tapatalk is now working and it includes a subscribed threads/topics button.

Edit: You can now just use BDW in your mobile browser for the best experience.

Tapatalk is a Free Mobile App for both Andriod and iPhone and now works on the new BDW (4.0) site.

Thanks for your questions - the mobile system is high on our list of important features to improve.

We will be enabling Tapatalk soon which should be an improvement on the default mobile skin that you see currently.

Is anyone having problems with attachments not showing up in the forums? I know before the platform up date there were a few I wanted to look at, but now, when I go to the posts. they aren't there? there is just a space where the link used to be?

 

Is this just me or is this something that happened with the changeover?

Thank you for posting when you get errors here - it has been very useful as we make adjustments to the server.

I made some recent adjustments to try to resolve the 408 timeout error - please post here if you continue to receive it as of the time that I am posting this message.
