  1. Awesome! I love the fan idea. Maybe I will have to get crafty and make my own.
  2. Hello Beautiful Brides! Did any of you, or are any of you, using wedding programs? And if so, please share! -Erin
  3. Hi Lynn, I am getting married at the PB Sunset. Actually, we are getting "married" here in the u.s. before we leave, and having our ceremony there. I am assuming that you would do the same thing, as we are, hiring a minister for the ceremony. Laura Ortiz from PB Sunset (the resort's wedding planner) arranged the minister and his cost is 350. Here is her email: [email protected] She can probably answer most of your questions about the vow renewal. Also, keep in mind that the person the resort uses for flowers is outrageous with the prices. I will let you know what i decide to do. My wedding is January 19th, 2007 - coming quick! Erin
  4. It is definately NOT all inclusive. It is fairly pricey (food, drinks, rooms, etc.) But it is very beautiful. Tammy has some great rates for rooms. I am having my wedding there, my parents have a timeshare. We are staying at the PB Rose for some of the nights, than moving to the sunset towards the end. The staff is very friendly and you will definately be pampered though. But, you definately pay for it.
  5. We are thinking of renting a Van for a few of the days, and I cannot find any vans for rent! Does anyone have any info on this? Thanks! -Erin
  6. Help! I am having a hard time finding something for the groom and the groomsmen to wear. Does anyone have any reccomendations for online purchases? I'm thinking of a linen/khaki suit. Thanks! Erin
  7. Thank you for sharing The Twins with us! As soon as I read your post, I emailed them to see if they had the date open. They got back to me within 24 hours, and they do! So, now I am checking with the resort to make sure all will be okay. They quoted me at 750 an hour, so a graciously asked for the 650 price. We'll see how that goes! Dinner is from 6:00-7:00, so I am thinking of booking them from 7:00-11:00pm. What do you think? How long did you have them for dancing? Thanks again! Oh yeah, January 19th, 2007 is my big day, and the wedding is at the Pueblo Bonito Sunset Resort. 68 more days! -Erin
  8. Here is a picture they sent me of a gazebo they recently built on the beach of the resort to host weddings. This is where I will have my wedding ceremony, and then we will move up to a terrace for the reception. I am expecting 30-40 people. Here is a quick overview of what I have planned: 4:30-5:00pm Ceremony on the beach One hour of open bar is included with the beach ceremony price, so 5:00-6:00pm open bar and pictures 6:00-7:00 - Buffett Dinner and another hour of open bar. 7:00- ?? - Reception on a terrace (i will posts the pics when I get them) I am still working out the details for the reception. I saw a post about "The Twins" and am seriously thinking about booking them. I am doing my planning through the Pueblo Bonito Sunset planner - and she is pretty good about getting right back to me. I am also getting my cake from the resort - their food is soooo yummy. As I get more info, I'll pass it on. And of course, I'll post pics of the wedding, which is January 19th, 2007. It's coming quick! -Erin gazeboworddoc.doc gazeboworddoc.doc
  9. Hello to all! I've been using this site for information and ideas, but haven't taken the time to post anything about my self. So, here it is, finally! My name is Erin, and I am from Alaska. I am getting married January 19th, 2007 in Cabo, at the Pueblo Bonito Sunset Resort. I still have to pick flowers and music, and possibly a photographer, so I would love help in these areas! Thank you to all of the beautiful brides that have posted on this site. This has had the most useful information ever! Erin
