Llkrik1010, I didn't receive a response when I sent in my planning form either. Ramon was a lot more responsive closer to my wedding date. I just had my wedding here yesterday. Everything worked out well and Ramon did a great job putting all the details together for our reception.

Hi all, It's been a while since I've posted on this forum but I was wondering if anyone has Ramon as their wedding planner at the resort. My wedding is on May 18th and I haven't been receiving responses to my emails for a month. He hasn't even confirmed that he received my planning form. Does anyone else have this issue? Thanks, May

Hello ladies, I just saw the link to this new forum, thanks RFinger for getting this thread started. My date has been confirmed, it's 5/18/12. AmyG, thanks for your PM about the group rates. Unfortunately, I decided to negotiate with the resort directly and I do not have a travel agent so I may be going through a different process. I just sent out my save the dates this week. I am also in the process of setting up a wedding website that includes the travel info so that my guests will be able to start tracking flights and hopefully book their rooms some time in the near future.
