Hello, I would like to know about these exchange privileges also. I understand that those staying at RIU Mexico can go to Yucatan, Tequila, etc. but can they not come to RIU Mexico and get drinks, and whatnot? On everything I have found, it says they only have exchange privileges with Tequila, Yucatan, and Playacar, but not this one. I thought it would be a great option if guests could stay at these less expensive ones, but not if they can't come over to our resort as they please. Any advice/info would be great. Thanks! Annie

That is so funny, because I have been changing my mind on resorts on a daily basis! I am looking at RIU palace pretty seriously also now. Looks really pretty, good beach, etc.

I am looking more closely at RIU Palace Mexico, but my travel agent said reservations are required at meals and whatnot. I'm wondering if anyone has information on whether there is a buffet and whatnot (my fiance, and the rest of the boys in our families will want good food, and so will the girls of course, but I don't think we'll be as concerned!).
