Need help choosing between Azul hotels and hard rock in riviera maya?help

Hi everyone, I'm looking to get married in Mexico .im torn between hard rock cancun, hard rock riviera, and the Azul fives, Azul sensatori or Azul beach? I'm looking at July 4 of July. I want a private ceremony, and private reception, indoor Or in a specialty restaurant with ocean view. The ceremony on pavement not sand but ocean front. I'm stressed out
