Hello! Did you end up booking here?! My fiance and I are getting married at Ocean Blue and Sand in June 2015. I have seen the old thread for the hotel and there isn't much recent information... Two of our guests have been to the resort before and were thrilled when they found out thats where we were going... they were delighted to go back! I am also attending my cousin's wedding at the Melia Caribe in April 2015 and will be making a site visit to Ocean Blue at that time... hoping I fall in love with it too!

Hi Everyone! I've been lurking the boards now for a few months and thought it was about time i started posting... and unlocked my ability to download some of the fantastic templates available on here! Thought I'd introduce myself and say a quick hello! My fiance and I from the suburbs of Toronto and are getting married in June in Punta Cana... at the Ocean Blue and Sand! We've been engaged since March - invites went out in June and as of now we have 67 confirmed guests (deposits made) and about 30 "yes" and "maybe"'s that haven't made travel arrangements yet. I have my dress, BM dresses have been ordered, photographer and videographer booked and officient booked. Other than that - I haven't done too too much regarding planning more of the details... I've had great communication with my coordinator at the hotel and she assures me it will all come together! Right now the thing taking up most of my thoughts is OOT bags... so thats me! I look forward to chatting with you all and sharing some great ideas!
