Hello ladies! I'm new to the site and just wanted to say hello! I love reading all the posts. I know this is for 2014 weddings but I have mine booked at the Now Larimar for January 15, 2015! I can't wait. I am starting to get overwhelmed with the planning process. I did receive an email from my wedding coordinator Luisa with some basic information but I have sooooo many other questions!! Can any of you give me any advice? Right now I'm concerned about flower arrangements and decorations? We plan on bringing ALOT of decorations down to DO. My wedding coordinator said they charge a 25% set up fee for all decorations??? 25% of what....my wedding package? If any of you could tell me what you've experienced so far with the planning process that would be great!! Thank you so much, Michelle
