Help! Trouble Contacting Wc At Dreams Los Cabos

Hi everyone! This is my first time posting on here, but I see I am in the same boat as others! My wedding is May 6, 2014 and my new WC is Shantal Carrizales! I still have some bigger details to plan, but communication hasn't been very successful. Is anyone else still in the same boat? Wedding is a little over a month away, so I am starting to panic Thanks:)
