  1. We are planning our March 2014 Wedding in Mexico and then a celebration back home for those that can't make it. Anyone we invite is invited to both, but I know many folks won't be able to join us in Mexico and we still want to celebrate with them back at home. I am curious about the wording on the Save the Date card. I was thinking of going with Save the Dates: Wedding in Mexico Date Celebration in Chicago Date Formal Invitation to Follow Anyone have any thoughts on this? Is it odd to ask them to save the dates instead?
  2. Hi Kira. My friends just had their wedding at the Crown Paradise Club in Cancun. The packages there are for 40 people and the wedding was very pretty. The food/drinks were just ok, but the prices for the wedding & the rooms were very reasonable. Each room does have an ocean view which is nice. But it is VERY kid friendly, so if that is something you are comfortable with, I'd suggest you check it out. (They also have a location in Puerto Vallarta.) http://www.crownparadise.com/cancun/weddings-honeymoons/index.cfm
  3. Hi everyone, I'm Amy & just found this site today. We are hopefully getting married next spring and are looking for an adults only, all inclusive resort that doesn't require wristbands. I know it seems like a minor issue, but having gone to friends weddings at the "wristband resorts," I can't help but focus on those things when I see the pictures. Plus it makes for some beautiful tan lines later. ;-) I know the Excellence resorts do not require the wristband, but does anyone know if others also are wristband-free? Thanks in advance!
