I am with you. Keep in mind the resort charges $350 for any outside vendors. I contacted a few and they are all in the 1.5 K range for 6 hrs of filming and videoclip, (plus the $350 vendor fee). If you know of any company charging less than that. Let me know.

How many people are you having? I am having about 50 and I think with the open bar prices can get high. Checked into Kool but overall it was higher than having the reception at the resort.

Hi Ladies, one more bride getting married in Feb 2014 at the Royal! They do use Funever for photographer and video. And regarding the DJ, Dorremix has pretty good reviews so you might stick to them to avoid any vendor fees. Has anybody looked into a different venue for the reception? Like Kool Beach Club? The good thing about them is that you can have your reception until 2am.
