Hello Ladies!! I cannot believe it's over!! It is a bittersweet moment for me right now. My wedding was December 14th 2013. I am going to write a full review of EVERYTHING. But I wanted to quickly thank everyone for answering my questions and for writing about their own experiences here on Best Destination Wedding forums. It really helped me out!! My wedding turned out beautifully!! And just for tease, here are a few pics. I promise to share more, specifically of my centerpieces and overall look for all you future PPR brides

I was nervous about the planning call because it was a reminder that the wedding was coming soon. But it turned out great! Bianca and Lara are flexible. For example, i am still unsure about the linen colors, so they are letting me confirm that detail when I get to PPR. I am feeling sooo nervous. I had a dream last night that the on site coordinator met me for the first time 30 minutes before the wedding. The flowers were horrible, we could not find my fiance... Everything was a mess. Thankfully it was just a dream . I chose the Allure package, and added a lot of decor things: gazebo corsages, beaded curtain, 5 bouquets and 5 bout. for bridal party, centerpieces, reception flowers. We are flying in a DJ and photographers. I am also treating my girls to unlimited mimosas and massages the day before the wedding. I will most definitely post pictures and a review! I have 68 confirmed. I was not expecting so many! Are you staying at PPR for your honeymoon?

DannysAp, did you elect to have a symbolic ceremony? Fiance and I booked symbolic but naturally we are both excited to be unique, and honestly scared!, to see how it turns out.

Good to hear! I was getting nervous about using the in house DJ, but your comment makes me feel so much better . The excel spreadsheet is an excellent idea, too!

Hi Ladies! I'm a December 2013 bride. My planning call is in three weeks. I am so nervous that everything will be a disaster! Did anyone have any trouble with Caribbean Celebrations? My concerns are: They won't be able to execute my 'dream' ceremony or reception Their outrageous prices! They have a starting price of $60.00 for a bridesmaid bouquet. Is this normal? And my concerns with the 'house' DJ. *sigh*. Did anyone use them? How were their services? Thanks in advance!! I need reassurance that I've chosen the right place for my wedding! Katherine

Hi 2013 PPR Brides! I'm so glad I found this forum! The responses and replies I've been reading have been incredibly helpful. Fiance and I recently scheduled our wedding date for this year. Finally, we can move forward with the rest of our wedding plans . If anyone has any questions, or would like my wedding details, just let me know. I would be happy to add to this wealth of information! I recently came back from a Punta Cana/La Romana trip. I'm sure I will have tons and tons of questions, too.
