  3. I ended up calling the resort to get a response. Luckily, the wedding supervisor picked up and was able to help me. Still no email from Lorena. If it's really urgent like changing a location, I'd recommend just calling them.
  4. Hi Lori, Do you think I could get away with no music for the dinner on the beach since we're so close to the ocean? I'm having the mirachi band play the first 45 min of the dinner than no music planned afterwards. My thoughts were that the ocean waves would be so loud the music wouldn't be that audible. What do you think?
  5. Hi, my coordinator is Lorena as well. I've been emailing her the past three weeks and I haven't received a single response from her either. I might end up emailing the other coordinator to follow up. Not replying for 3 weeks is pretty ridiculous.
  6. Hi, I want to change my reception from the pool terrace to the beach as well! I haven't heard back from Lorena for over a week now and I don't know if I can change it at this point since my wedding is less than a month away. Were there other receptions on the beach at the same time as yours? We don't plan to get a dance floor - do you think I will need to get extra lighting? Was it cold on the beach in the evening?   8. Hi Kelly, Eva no longer works there. My coordinator is Lorena. Maybe she can help direct you. [email protected] They don't respond quickly at all. So don't be surprised if you don't hear back for a week or longer. Maybe try calling the resort instead.
  9. They've changed the rules. Apparently, you have to have 60 people or something like that.
