Hi Gals! I am an official Now Jade Dec 6, 2013 bride So exciting to be a part of the club! Thanks so much for all the great advice and help thus far - i have been reading the forum while deciding venues and starting to plan! I am actually going to Cancun for a 'girls trip' on Jan 18 and meeting with Pilar on the 19th to do a food tasting so if you have any pressing questions please let me know! I can also give you my run-down on the food if interested. I also went down for a site visit in October and have photos and video of all the locations... Hi, I have found the best option is to find a travel agent/destination wedding specialist who will do the negotiating and travel for guests on your behalf. Most dont charge, depending on what you want them to do, as they get kick backs from the resort... Personally I just googled a bunch then had conversations with the people and chose who I liked Hope that helps
