I'm still in the early stages but I'm planning on a welcome dinner and then a cocktail reception and sit down meal at wedding. I do want to do a boat trip around Phi Phi Island but I think we will say we are going to go and if people want to join us they can pay.

Hi We are getting married in Thailand in 2014 (quite far away but we need to save money!!). I'm just getting ready to send my save the dates - I want to make sure people have plenty of notice to save for the flights! We are planning to pay for the first 2/3 nights accomodation in Bangkok and then 3/4 nights in Phi Phi (where we will be getting married). But I am already stressing over getting RSVP's!! We can't book flights etc until next year but I want to book the hotel etc at the same time to try and get a group discount but how I am going to know how many people are coming?? 12 months is a bit too far in advance to RSVP for wedding!! Has anyone else had this problem?? I need help!! x
