Hey Ladies!!!! I just got back from our destination wedding in the Grand Cayman! It was absolutely amazing!!!! Everything went off without a hitch. We couldn't have asked for anything better. Rehearsal Dinner - The Grand Old House Wedding Ceremony & Reception - The Grand Old House Wedding Officiant - Rev. O. McLaughlin Photographer - Aaron Rebarcheck Hair and Make-up - Rock Gorgeous Hair Accomodations - Grand Cayman Marriott Beach Resort The Grand Old House was amazing. It is very different than your typical wedding venue on the Island. It is an old plantation house and they have done a fantastic job keeping the gorgeous original character. The food for both the rehearsal dinner and wedding reception was out of this world. There was not a single complaint (trust me there usually is from this group). Our wedding officiant was very funny and well spoken. Our photographer, Aaron, was so accomodating. He came to our hotel the day we arrived to touch base. After the ceremony, he quickly brought us to 2 different locations right down the street to get even more shots. Rock Gorgeous Hair.....not many people have heard about them....but they were exactly what I was looking for!! Tanja did a fabulous job on all of the girls make-up. Jeanie did wonders with our hair. She owns a salon in LA and has done weddings in Laguna Beach. I wanted Kim Kardashian hair. She did exactly that (well thank goodness to my clip in extensions). Let me know if anyone wants pictures. So I was thinking of putting together a suggested itinerary for the 5 days we will be there. They would be in the welcome bags. It would pretty much be 1 activity or meal or drinking spot that people could meet up with us each day. I also wanted to make a map with all of those spots and anything else important. Any thoughts? Does anyone have any templates?

Hi Kristin, You are awesome!!! This place is exactly what I've been looking for. I've researched salons in the caymans for hours and most of the them had almost prom styles on their websites. I will definitely post pictures. Do you know who you are using as a photgrapher? And what decor you are doing? We are still undecided on the reception decor. Everything seems so expensive. ~Diane

Hi Everyone. I just joined today. I am so mad I didn't find this site before. We are getting married at the Grand Old House on May 13th 2012 and are staying at the Marriott. Has anyone stayed at the Marriott before? For photography Rebecca Davidson was already booked so we are going with Aaron Rebarcheck. He's worked with Rebecca before. Where is everyone getting their hair and make-up done?
