I am wondering if anyone knows if resorts such as the RIU Palace in Cabo will allow you to purchase a wedding package without the ceremony (I'm assuming you still have to buy the full package, which is ok)? I am thinking of getting married in a catholic church and providing transportation for everyone to and from the resort and having a full reception following at the resort. Extra fees are not really a concern considering a catholic ceremony is a must.
