We had booked to use Elizabeth Lloyd for our May 2009 wedding in Puerto Vallarta. We put down a $500 deposit. Our flights to Mexico were cancelled one week prior to our wedding due to the swine flu. This was a very stressful situation and it did not help that Elizabeth would not refund our $500.00. We did not appreacite her lack of compassion at such a difficult time.
