Aloha Bride

Hi everyone! I'm a new Bride-2-Be planning a Maui wedding in October 2012. I have a somewhat larger guest count for a destination wedding.... like 75-85 people. I got a couple quotes from the hotels but all of the packages seemed to be a little too over the top for our style. I love the idea of Hawaiian BBQ for the food, doing our own center pieces, and I have heard great reviews about costco doing the flowers... anyone have a similar guest count and where is your venue? Also, what can I expect to pay?
