Hi Jen, I am getting married at the Occidental in two months. So far, the planning process has been okay. We are now on our third wedding coordinator. First we had Kimberley, then Eliana and now Audrey. Each of them have been very nice, however with each coordinator change I'm starting to get more worried. I spoke to Audrey about two weeks ago. She was super nice, very friendly, and seemed to be on top of everything. My only problem is that she was supposed to get back to me a few days after our call, and I am still waiting to hear from her. I emailed to follow up, but nothing back. I'm just hoping there wasn't another coordinator change! Has anyone else has this same experience? I understand that they are very busy with other weddings, so taking some time to get back to me is understandable. Has anyone been married at the Occidental recentley? If so, how was your experience? Any advice/recommendations?! Any input would be greatly appreciated!!! Christy
