My fiancee and I are planning a wedding at this resort. Originally April 2011 but since we only got engaged a month and a half ago we realized its a bit too tight to plan all the little details that come along with a destination wedding so now we are thinking June. For any women that have already been married here do you have an suggestions? We were thinking we would love a private reception so we can have dancing outdoors including a fire dancer but also want speeches too! Some of the forums I have read advise semi-private is more then fine since you still have most of the restaurant anyway and can do one dance at your reception however we really liked the idea of dancing under the stars vs renting a nightclub (unless the nightclub is outdoors?). Does anyone have pics of the Mexican restaurant or any private reception set ups? Any helpful comments or ideas? Thanks in advance
