the Venado Terrace is in the very top right corner of the map ... its on the border between Nizuc and Grand. thats where we're having our reception at Jan 30 ... figured it was a little out of the way and not as many random people will be walking by, right on the beach and we're staying in Sunrise, so I wanted to get our guests out to a different part of the resort for a change of scenary. our wedding is in the Bugambilias Gazebo. I liked the Tucan Gazebo but didn't want a 10 mile walk from my room to the gazebo!

I'm getting married at the Moon Palace on Jan. 30, 2011 ... we have tons of stuff to bring down with us - welcome bags & the contents, table linens & chair sashes, centerpieces, favors, etc. - has anybody thought about shipping things down to the resort prior to their wedding? I asked my WC if I could send her a few boxes prior to our arrival and she didn't want me to and referred me to some 3rd party shipping middleman but I automatically assumed his rates would be through the roof. There is simply too much to pack in our suitcases or ask family & friends to bring down (I think its a huge imposition to have our guests haul our stuff down there) ... Any thoughts? Thanks!
