I had my wedding at Casa Valerie on April 16 2010, and there are no words for how awful it was dealing with the owner Valerie. We got socked with hidden charges, overtime fees, crazy grocery charges, and the worst of it is she wouldn’t return the security deposit until we paid an extra $300 US on top of the $150 already given to staff for a 2 day stay! Afterwards she had the audacity to ask for a favorable review and only then gave us back our money. I'm committed to making our story heard because honestly she ruined our post wedding bliss. Every time we look at our wedding pictures the first thing we think of is the ordeal we went through. Despite the villa being gorgeous, it's definitely not worth it!
