I know very well that they are extremely busy in their department but was wondering if anyone else was having issues with communication delays. Currently it is taking our WC Yesica over a week to respond to any emails and have yet to receive any return calls. Our wedding is a ways out (May 27, 2010) but we are at the stage where we definitely need to start providing our guests with costs and detailed information. I sent an email over two weeks ago inquiring about group rates and have not heard back yet about it. She has responded to a few other questions from the same email though. Having traveled to areas like this before I understand that responses aren't as fast as we would be accustomed to here, but it makes planning extremely difficult when you have to wait over a week for a one line answer. Anyone have any suggestions as how to improve these response times or what your experiences have been?
