We were planning for the last 2 months to get married at the Grand Palladium this October, not to deter anyone from their plans, but in our experience, we found it frustratingly impossible to get a response from Jascynthia. After we got the standard automatic email, we emailed constantly for 3 weeks just to get her to tell us what dates she had available in Oct and eventually had to call and get her on the phone. Her answer to all our other questions about the details was always "I don't know..." Our Travel Agent even called the General Manager for us, who was to call us back personally and never did. In the end it felt like they didn't want us, or our group of 50, and we foresaw problems like this ahead that we didn't need, so we've decided to go to the RIU Ocho Rios instead, they offer free wedding packages and have a reputation for fantastic weddings. Just my 2 cents!
