Cartwheel

Hi all! I'm just starting the planning process and I'm having a hard time finding venues. The only thing I know for sure is that I want to avoid the huge resorts. They're just not our style. We're looking for a smaller hotel where all guests (+/- 40) can stay if they want. Ideally it would be beachfront and not horribly expensive to stay (less than $200/night). I do like the idea of a villa, but I'm not sure they are large enough to have everyone stay. Also, I just think that guests would like their own space versus all of us staying in a house together. Anyone have ideas? Sorry for my rambling!
