Hello, My name is Michelle and I am getting married next June in South America. My fiancee and I are currently traveling for a year and we were planning to marry at the end. We figured we would have maybe 10 people travel for our wedding, so we thought we would arrive to a location, have a friend do a symbolic service and then we would have dinner at a nice restaurant. Really simple. Based on a recent inquiry of family and friends though, it turns out we could have 30-40 people travel this far. I started researching doing something more formal, but most DW websites and books (a friend recently brought me Destination Bride by Lisa Light, which had a small amount of information on Argentina and Ecuador, and The Knot Guide to Destination Weddings) have little if no information on South America. Does anyone have any experience? We are currently considering Chile, Argentina, Peru and Ecuador and we plan to narrow that down in the next couple of weeks. Thanks in advance for any help! Michelle
