I'm considering having my wedding here in Feb or March - I did not hear anything about them closing the location. Do you know when they plan to do that and how did you find this out?

I read the posts about chiavari chair rentals - but I couldn't find the contact. Does anybody know a vendor in the Riviera Maya area that rents Chiavari (Ballroom) chairs and other things?

Did you enjoy your experience with Al Cielo? Any downside?

Not just yet. My first order of business is finding a location. I'm panicking a bit about finding what I want with such short notice. Looking for something more intimate - not a big resort... but still high style and chic. Maybe help with some band suggestions.

I was also hoping for February 16th, but not sure if I'll be able to find that date available... we'll see.

You guys are all so on it. I'm planning on getting married in 6 months - and I finally just decided on Riviera Maya. I'm going down to visit next week to try to find a location. I hope I can make this happen in time.
