THank You everyone!! I will still try to convince him, however I am very sure this is a losing battle. He doesn't want to inconvenience his family, but this is sure upsetting me. I have alot of anxiety issues and am not comfortable saying vows infront of 200 people. But he doesn't want it any other way. He is quite addicted to family, and they are his #1 priotity. He is not happy until they are happy. BUt I say what about my happiness? What about my father funding the majority of the wedding? So....in the end, I will still be around looking at your beautiful photographs. I am very envious of you all! Hello all you lucky brides! My name is Jackie and I was engaged in December of 2006. I have my heart set on a destination wedding, hoever my fiance Mark is dead set against it. But I don't feel any other wedding is right for me. So hopefully we can come to a compromise!
