I agree! I totally need shoes that grab my foot really well in order to dance :P. Otherwise I find that they hurt more.

I love those. I saw them the other day when shopping and they're gorgeous but they didn't fit me right and kept painfully rubbing the back of my leg. That was going to be an instant blister haha.

Gotta be able to bust a move! @@TinkerSofi

And that's too bad IT always sucks when you fall I love with shoes and they don't work! I'll probably end up wearing these shoes a lot after the wedding they are so comfy!

they seem to be about the same height as the ones I got. They are definitely a lot more comfortable than they look. I need to wear mine around the house and break them in :). I am so jealous of girls who can wear high heels and dance all night, sigh. I'm only 5' so I could use the extra height! haha

I call it my super power @@TinkerSofi

I put the gel inserts at the balls of my feet so when they sweat a bit they won't slide forward on me! I'm 5'7 so I don't really need it but I'm almost better walking in heels than I am normal shoes!! I think it's because I've been riding horses since I can remember, and you have to have a heel on your boot LOL!! Just second nature I guess

And it's fun wearing them around the house even if you're not trying to break them in! I know I've been wearing the purple ones almost everyday since I bought them and will start to do the same with the gold ones!

Cute shoes! I'm wearing strappy sandal heels for the reception, but let's be honest.. i'll probably get so drunk that I end up shoeless dancing haha..we've all been there

Thank you!! @ I'll be gettin pretty drunk but I'll keep mine on lol I'll even notice them less when I drink haha! I'm always the last girl wearing her heels at the dance/party

It doesn't even feel like I'm wearing heels with them on!

@@calgarybride2015 haha!! That's the way to do it. I'm going to play it cool until the speeches are done and any talking is finished.. then that's it! haha

Yes me too. It was after speeches but the service was phenomenal. You could barely get one done and they had another for your spare hand. I give them props for that. Non drinkers were drunk.

Pretty much!! After our reception is done at 10:30 we are going to go to the disco to party some more! Once speeches are done all my control is going out the window and from there my MOH and other bridemaids will have to take care of me LOL! @ @@calgarybride2015

so close!!! Sometimes I think my date will never come haha and I don't know what I'm going to do with myself when it does :P. It just feels like I'm playing pretend right now but it's not real. I don't know if you have the same feeling or if you've already grasped the idea that you're freaking getting married!!! *insert super excited celebratory smiley here*

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
