Hey Everyone,

 

I requested information from Coconut Bay Resort regaurding their wedding rates for 2016. I figured I would share.

Wedding Packages                                                                                      Choose from several customized packages offering  enchanting

                                                                                                                      ceremony an affair to remember.

 

Deluxe Wedding Package
$725d or FREE** for up to four guests
$12 per person for each additional guest.
• Decorated wedding location: Oceanfront Gazebo
• Bridal bouquet
• Boutonniere for groom
• One tier wedding cake
• Chilled bottle of sparkling wine
• Personal wedding coordinator
• One (1) 5 x 7 wedding photograph with frame
• Marriage Officer
• Government & administrative fees
• Copy of marriage license
• Witnesses (if required)
• Guaranteed Dinner reservations for wedding party (up to four)
** with 7 nights in HARMONY Jr. Suite Ocean-View or 7 nights in SPLASH 2BR
Family Connecting - FREE wedding cannot be combined with any other sale or
promotion. Resort credits may not be applied in combination with FREE
wedding packages. FREE weddings are conducted Monday through
Wednesday AT 10am OR 1pm ONLY except holidays and special
occasion dates.
For Gold packages and above, couples may choose from wedding
ceremonies performed on the beach or in our oceanfront gazebo.

 

Gold Wedding Package
$1750 d for up to ten guests.
$65 per person for each additional guest.
Includes all amenities from DELUXE package PLUS:
• Two (2) tier wedding cake
• 15% off spa services for members of the bridal party
• Continental Breakfast in Bed*
• Romance turndown service on wedding night
including sparkling wine
• DJ for one hour
• Bride’s hairstyling & make up application for ceremony
• Three course private dinner reception & Standard bar**
• FREE night on 1st anniversary trip back*

 

Diamond Wedding Package
$2445 d for up to sixteen guests.
$70 per person for each additional guest.
Includes all amenities from DELUXE package PLUS:
• Two (2) tier wedding cake
• Decorated reception area including 2 floral table centerpieces
• 15% off spa services for members of the bridal party
• Continental Breakfast in Bed*
• Romance turndown service on wedding night
including sparkling wine
• DJ for two hours
• Bride’s hair styling & make-up application for the ceremony
• Mini-manicure and mini-pedicure for the bride
• 1/2 day Private Island Tour for two
• Three course private dinner reception & Standard bar**
• FREE night on 1st anniversary trip back*

 

Platinum Wedding Package
$3575 d for up to twenty guests.
$85 per person for each additional guest.
Includes all amenities from DELUXE package PLUS:
• Upgraded bridal bouquet
• Three (3) tier wedding cake
• Decorated reception area including 4 floral table centerpieces
• 15% off spa services for members of the bridal party
• Continental Breakfast in Bed*
• Romance turndown service on wedding night
including sparkling wine
• Live Steel Band for one hour
• Bridal Bliss Spa package includes: Hydralift eye care facial,
manicure, wedding hairstyle, makeup consultation and application.
• 50 minute couples Tranquility massage
• 1/2 day Private Island Tour for two
• Two-hour private horseback riding tour for two
• One (1) hour cocktail reception with hors d’ oeuvres
• Three course private dinner reception & Standard bar**
• TWO (2) FREE nights on 1st anniversary trip back*

 

*Continental breakfast in bed limited to one (1) morning during stay.
Free anniversary night will be offered in same room category as
original booking with a 7 night minimum stay during your wedding. To
be eligible for free anniversary nights, guests must stay within one
month of their actual anniversary date. Copy of marriage certificate is
required upon arrival. Dinner Receptions incur additional charges after
3 hours or after 9 pm. There is no credit/refund for unused package
inclusions.
** Guests may choose to upgrade to a Premium or Platinum Bar for a
nominal per person fee.
d Rates indicated do not include St. Lucia VAT Sales tax and service
charges will apply for any food and beverage add ons or upgrades.

Great info! Was just looking at this resort today for possible wedding there I'm all over the place looking at Mexico and st Lucia lol. But the ceremony locations and the beach at this resort just looks amazing

 

Which package did you choose?

Do you know where the private dinner locations are?

I saw the packages on their wedding website but didn't know how many people it included so thanks for this post!

St. Lucia is absolutely beautiful.. I have looked into mexico but the MIL wasn't thrilled about mexico so we decided on St.Lucia. We have only discussed the packages and it seems like we are leaning towards the platinum package with a few things from the Diamond.

As far as the locations the lady at the resort hasn;t sent me any information like that as we haven't book however she did send me the facebook that she uses and has pictures of wedding on there. here is the link Hope this helps and any other information I obtain I will share with you.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
