I thought I read in another post that those coil ring wrist bands were bought from oriental trading. Also look on amazon or ebay!   For the plastic holder itself, I bought Advantus Badge Holders on Amazon. I am using them for luggage tags but would still work!  They aren't sealed though so things could get wet if someone wore it in the water.
