Right, I thought i'd start a thread on this so there's one place we can all swap healthy eating options and any exercise help we can give others....plus i don't know about anyone else, but hearing what everyone else is doing fitness-wise is usually enough to kick me into doing something.
So please all feel free to leave updates on your own progress and ideas, or ask the girls for any advice.
I'll kick off...not very exciting, but last night, I forced myself to go for a run when I got in (even though I am out the house for work for just over 12 hours!!)....and when I got back I felt amazing!
