I contacted Luca after seeing his company name pop up multiple times on the recommended vendor sheets for Playa del Carmen and following a recommendation from our wedding planner, Linda. Not only did he respond promptly and get time set up for the two of us to chat - really it was me asking a billion questions over and over again. Not once did I feel pressured to make quick decisions and commitments. And after our conversations I knew he was the one.
Luca was a Godsend to work with throughout this entire process. Not only did he confirm with me the most detailed planning agenda I have ever heard of, but he was always prompt answering any and all of my questions. Even before signing the contract, Luca encouraged me to check out their site and listen to samples from their DJs. - WOW - each and every single one of their DJs videos were fun and exciting!
Luca busted out balloons and face masks during the night and it made the most fun, incredible pictures!!!! Luca shared so much great insight with me and encouraged me to call/text him leading up to the wedding if I had any questions or concerns. I couldn't have been happier with his work during the ceremony and reception. He followed my musical requests and kept the flow of music going.
As one of my guests put it, "this guy is fire!"
