We were pretty happy with them, we ask to meet in person when we got there and they met with us, there was DJ and MC was bilingual so it was perfect. they were very responsive on emails and they had a form for the couple to fill out so they have a better idea of the party and song requests.  we made some changes and they got the last song wrong but they were able to find the correct one and fixed it quickly. we also had a light up floor so it made the party a lot more fun since we had a dancing crowd, our plan included the fireworks so it really made it fun!
