We got married at Be Tulum and they recommended PlugIn because of their professionalism.  And they were totally right!  We didn't worry at all about the music for our wedding, simply because of the prompt, professional communication from PlugIn.  We knew they'd show up, we knew they'd do a great job, mainly because of how well they presented themselves in the time leading up to the wedding.  They worked with us to figure out the perfect mix of speakers and lights for our venue, met us for a site visit before the wedding and were just plain nice.  Their questionnaire was comprehensive so they got a sense of our music style and played some of our favorite songs that we didn't specifically request.  My husband is Peruvian and I'm from the States, so they also met our request for a mix of Spanish and English music without any hitches.  They blended the balad and salsa version of "Me Hace Bien" for our first dance and kindly sent it a few weeks before the wedding so we could practice to it.  As for the reception, the dance floor was packed the whole night and I don't think we sat out a song.  One of my favorite memories of the entire wedding was being on the dance floor (aka pool deck), wind coming off the ocean, lights everywhere and dancing with my dearest friends and family - and PlugIn made that possible.
