Words cannot express how thankful we are for Bicoastal Images. Before I get into their amazing photography skills, I will start with their work ethic and care for their clients. Upon choosing Jennifer and Manuel as our photographer, my husband and I were preparing for a move. I experienced trouble starting the planning process, due to communication issues with our resort, and Jennifer and Manuel were quick to help. From Skype session to meet one another, to Facebook messages and emails with questions, they were always there for us with insight and advice. They even introduced me to my wonderful wedding coordinator, Reyna.
One thing I always appreciated were their special notes and gifts throughout the planning process. The personal touches were something I did not anticipate, and made me more and more excited to work with them. Nor did I expect the venue visits and advances site visits to select shooting locations.
Upon arriving to Cancun, I was immediately greeted with gifts and calming words as I was at my wits end with pre-wedding stresses and activities. Manuel and Jennifer were understanding and patient; many of my guests kept interrupting our meeting :) They assured me everything would be OK.
The day of flowed seamlessly because of them. They arrived early to take pictures of all aspects of the wedding: getting ready, family shots, etc. My guests were amazed at their ability to maneuver throughout the ceremony and reception. They were patient with us as the day began to tire us, and made sure every shot was perfect before we moved onto the next. They stayed longer than I anticipated in order to capture every moment. Within two days, we had ALL OUR PICTURES, and edited. Within a week, our amazing wedding photo album arrived at our door, and photos were on Facebook for us to share with our family and friends.
I would recommend Bicoastal images to any couple or family! Their work ethic is impeccable, and the proof is in every photo. I can't wait to work with them again!
