We had our wedding at Excellence Playa Mujeres. We booked Alex based on recommendations as we were planning our wedding from the US. Working with him was easy since he was always accessible by phone and email, returning my messages promptly. Alex met us a few days before the wedding at our resort and went over the final details of the dinner and reception. He was extremely professional and knew what we wanted out of the experience. He even helped us with other parts of the wedding when he found out we were having issues with our resort. He MC'd the dinner for us and kept everything on track. DJ Rodrigo did an incredible job mixing our playlist with his own and definitely gave the reception the vibe we wanted. Our whole party was dancing nonstop from beginning to end! We could not be happier with Alex and his team and highly recommend him. He was the easiest part of our wedding planning. Thanks again!
