I was choosing between two vendors for my wedding at Mahekal Beach Resort in Playa del Carmen. Planning a destination wedding is not always easy especially when trying to communicate via email. I sent an email to The Best Moments, and almost immediately received a detailed email from Martina with her background, the background of her company, services available, pricing, and that yes, she and her team were available on my wedding date.

I don't wear a lot of make up and was very concerned about getting make up airbrushed as I had a bad experience with it in the past. Martina assured me that their airbrushing is very natural but if I didn't like it they could also use non-airbrushing techniques.

I had my trial hair and make up run the Monday before my Saturday wedding. Martina and her team were on time and were able to put together a look for me that I loved based on my very little input (natural, hair off my neck). Martina was very calming and she and her team were friendly and efficient. I did end up loving the airbrushed make up and they were flexible to any changes I suggested.

On my wedding day, Martina and her team did hair and make up for me, the two moms, and my six bridesmaids. They did everything quickly and efficiently and everyone was gorgeous. The up dos were super creative and not one person had the same look. All the girls had beautiful make up as well.

I loved working with The Best Moments. They made my day even more special and Martina is the bride whisperer - she took away all of my wedding day nerves. She and her team were a lot of fun to have around and fit right in with the girls. I could not be any happier with my choice to work with The Best Moments.
