First of all, I don't normally write reviews on sites.  But...when the customer service and process is this over the top good, I just felt I needed to write.  I found Kristee through a friend when I was looking to book a wedding.  She came highly recommended.  Had a conversation on the phone with her and right away I knew she knew what she was doing.  Kristee managed to provide some clarity to my thoughts, and was able to make some of the unique things I had wanted for my big day come true.  She provided options, but also recommendations based on what she felt would be best for what I was looking for.  I had family and friends coming down and had no clue how to organize all of them and she was able to sort through and help me with accommodations and other arrangements for them.  I can't tell you how much piece of mind Kristee provided me, even over the phone / email while planning.  At one point, I was in tears on the phone completely overwhelmed with an issue about a friend I wanted there and Kristee seemed to just know what to say.  I guess she has dealt with this hundreds of times, but she helped me sort through the situation and to make the right decision.  The way she handled me on the phone at that time told me I could trust her on my big day.  And she did not disappoint!  I would highly recommend Kristee to ANYONE looking for a customized wedding in Mexico where you want to create a memorable day for not only yourself, but also everyone who attends.  I still get comments from friends when I talk to them about how amazing their trip to Mexico was and in particular that day.  Make sure you get a good pics / video package, trust me.  I will never forget it and I want to thank Kristee from the bottom of my heart for making it happen.  At the very least I would recommend any future brides to give her a call to discuss your wedding thoughts / plans, you won't look back!
