I am going to start by saying that choosing Lori and Sweetfire Photography was THE easiest choice I made during my destination wedding planning. I found Lori and Sweetfire online when I was trying to figure out what to do about our wedding photos once we chose to have a destination wedding at Dreams Cancun. I knew I did not want to just leave it up to the resort photographers to capture our special day since the photos were one of the MOST important things to me. And it was soooo worth it to work with Lori and her assistant Tanya. It was literally like flying an amazing photographer over with us from Canada, except I didn't have to pay for the flights and hotel because Lori lives in Playa! They were punctual, easy to communicate with even all the way from Winnipeg, Manitoba (GO JETS GO!) creative, fun, patient (Thank You so much Lori and Tanya for that!), worked with photo props I brought from Canada and incorporated them into shots I wanted, really directed us during our photo shoot but you didn't even notice them while they were taking photos of our ceremony and reception, and last but not least are the absolute sweetest gals I have ever met. I have been home for 2 days and Lori already has our teaser facebook pics up and they are amazing! I was SO nervous the day of the wedding, and when Lori knocked on the door of my room and I met her for the first time I was put at ease by her personality, laugh, and kindness. And a TTD session in Playa del Carmen is a MUST! I can't wait to see more photos. To all you destination brides out there thinking about using Sweetfire: JUST BOOK THEM!
