My wife and I made our second trip to Sandals Halcyon (5th trip to a Sandals Resort) in June.   Our room was luxurious and romantic.  The property is covered with lush, tropical fauna.  There are beautiful flowers and plants around every corner.  The views of the sunset off of the beach are fabulous.  The PIer Restaraunt extends over the water and offers great ocean views and great Caribbean food.  Our favorite restaurant on the resort is Marios, which has some of the best Italian food I have ev
