I think it's beautiful!! I agree with your comments but I think that it can be fixed quite easily!! Congrats in a beautiful purchase! I also bought my dress already, just check back a few pages and I posted pictures of mine. I am also really happy with my purchase!

Thanks! I'm glad your dress worked out for you too. It's beautiful!

Whoops I looked at someone else dress whose pic automatically popped up. I'm still under my 150 post limit :-(

The dress looks beautiful! My only question would be are you happy with the way they've attached the skirt part at the bottom? Maybe it's just the way it's hanging, but the seam doesn't seem straight, and I would wonder if it's supposed to just flow instead of looking like the bottom was attached?

    Sorry, just curious?

Thanks! I did notice the seam in the back seemed crooked, but I thought it was just me looking at the dress too long. I'll ask for a closer picture of the skirt to make sure. I noticed that when trying on the Mori Lee 3108, which where the bottom inspiration came from, in person it looked more attached rather than flowy. Once it was on me it didn't look as bad with crinoline, so I'm hoping it will have the same effect when I try it on with crinoline.

your dress is beautiful! the only concern of mine is the bottom... its not as "full" as in teh picture.. or maybe its the way its hanging or the lack of crinoline?

Also the sash is not the same as the picture.. are you ok with that?

I like the lace i dont think it looks cheap! :)

Thanks! It definitely needs crinoline. Without ot doesnt look as full from my experience trying on Mori Lee 3108. The sash should have looked like the one from Mori Lee 3108, but since they made me 2 sashes, I figured they would make the more simpler sash from the Allure dress. Push come to shove I will have more beading added myself or go with more flashy jewelry. Thanks for you r comment about the lace. I was a little weary, but hopefully crinoline will give it a better look so it won't seem so separate from the dress.

  3. Hi everyone! I just received my pictures from Babyonline of my dress. I asked for the top of Allure 8908 and the bottom of Mori Lee 8908 in Ivory. I also requested to detachable sashes in ivory and champagne as I wasn't sure which color I will wear on my wedding day. I asked for an ivory dress, but it looks white, guess I'll know better when I see it in person.

Overall, for $268 I'm pleased with the top of the dress. The lace on the bottom seems a little cheap looking by the picture, but maybe with crinoline it will fill in better. My other concern was about the dress not having clear beadings on top of the lace appliques throughout the bottom of the dress. I could live without them because even with trying on the Mori Lee 3108 dress, in person you can only see the beading, not in pictures. I did request that they add them. I also wanted to be sure that in the front of the dress the underlay does lay flat like in the back. It seems whoever took the picture just didn't lay the dress out completely.

I have attached my inspiration pics and pics from Babyonline. Please give me your suggestions on any other changes before I have them ship it to me. Thanks!

  4. Hey girls,

I'm looking to purchase a replica Mori Lee Julietta 3116 (pictured below). I want to go with DressilyMe (http://www.dressilyme.com/p-glamorous-satin-mermaid-sweetheart-neckline-plus-size-wedding-dress-with-beads-lace-appliques-16501.html#review) or Jasmine's Bridal Shop (http://www.jasminesbridalshop.com/index.php?task=productdetail&id=13103)

There is slight difference in price DressilyMe is 261.75 plus 14.99 for custom sizing and shipping is separate,29.99 for rush shipping. Jasmine's is $437.87 the basic dress. There are fabric upgrade options that could take the dress to around $800, plus separate shipping fees, which in that case I'm heading closer to the cost of the real dress.

Is Jasmine worth the extra money or do you think I will be safe using DressilyMe? Anybody order Mori Lee 3116 or another Mori Lee from either site?

P.s. Dressilyme has reviews on their website where some girls have posted a pic of their replica, not the best pic but ok. The beading looks lighter in color then shown on the orignal below, but the appliques look great.

    Thanks!

  7. Hi,

I want to get this dress shown made. Of course it will be white lol, but I possibly want a corset back instead of the back shown and beading to be spread across the torso of the dress. Are there any suggestions for a good seller? I'm waiting on a response from Babyonline (heard she was good from this thread) and Dressilyme.com.

I think dreamprom (where I found the dress) is a fake site? Haven't heard of anyone one using them. I also saw the dress on dhgate.com from sellers idobridaldress.LTD, gracefuldresses.LTD, and newdesign2013, but haven't heard anything about them as well as their fedding ratings were only between 85-93%..any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks
