This is a really cool idea!

I asked my best friend to be my MOH, and I'm kind of regretting it.. She really hasent helped me plan anything or even asked me how the planning is going. I know she's busy with school and stuff but it's just so frustrating! One of my BM has helped me way more and I just think she would make a better MOH! I don't want to hurt my best friends feelings but not sure what to do!! Any advice?

My budget is 10,000. To help cut costs I'm sending out my save the dates by email and hand making the invitations. I'm not getting married until Jan 2015, but I'm still super excited!
