Can someone tell me if you know how much REAL flowers cost compared to getting fake flowers?  Or does it depend on what type of flowers you get?  I have no idea what kind of options we have for flowers.  Help please

Also....can someone please tell me if we get to have a rehearsal dinner at Jellyfish?  With our wedding party....so we can do a walk through of how the wedding day will go!

Thank you Katya!!! we were just wondering if ordering off the regular jellyfish menu, maybe that would be cheaper for our small wedding rather than the set dinner plates in the wedding package. If you could please let me know if you get ahold of a regular menu... I would really appreciate it!!! But like you said... We might change our minds look forward to hear from you!

I'll ask Mayte next time I see her, if there's no online version, we can probably just scan it. They really should have the menu on the website, shouldn't they! That's in the works for their new website... who knows how long that's going to take though. I've seen a few weddings where the guests ordered off the regular menu - this is usually okay for a smaller wedding, so that the kitchen isn't swamped and everything comes out on time. Once you do a tasting at Jellyfish, you might change your mind - I think there's something really cool about a personalized, customized menu from the B&G - it really doesn't have to be what Mayte outlined in the packages. Either way is great because the food is AMAZING! xx

I am wondering if someone who has had a small wedding at Jellyfish before, if you would be willing to help put my mind at ease!

We will only have about 20 people total who will be at our wedding....we aren't renting out Jellyfish...but I am curious about where they put the tables for our wedding party and guests...since we aren't renting out the restaurant, will we be right next to the general public having dinner?

Does anyone have a copy/or know how to get a copy of the regular Jellyfish dinner menu?  I have confirmed with Mayte that we will be ordering off of the regular dinner menu instead of paying for the set dinner plates in the wedding package...however, there is no menu on the Jellyfish website.

Oh...gotcha.  Well yeah I have the 2013 price list... Im sure they will come out with a 2014 list soon.  We are thinking about paying the deposit to book our wedding date...has anyone done this yet?  If so, how has the wire transfer experience?  My fiance was a little iffy about it....

My fiance and I have our wedding ceremony booked at Jellyfish for 2015.  We are having trouble with figuring out if we should have a DJ and a dance floor as part of our reception, or if this is not really necessary; or other ideas after the ceremony and dinner??  We don't have a large group of people coming...probably only about 20 guests.  So we don't think a DJ and dance floor is necessary, but I would love to hear any advice on this. Thanks!

Hi Everyone!  My fiance and I are planning to do a destination wedding in Punta Cana in late April of 2015. We have been doing A LOT of research on different resorts...obviously there are a ton of choices and this has been pretty stressful!  But we both really love what Barcelo Bavaro Palace Deluxe has to offer!  If anyone has ever been to this resort and had a wedding there, I would love to hear about your experience and hear any advice you might have  Any help at all will be greatly appreciated!  Thank you!
