We're using Wedding Republic after seeing a friend use it last year for her wedding. It was pretty cool - you can register for anything and they let you "break apart" big expensive gifts into puzzles so guests can buy small chunks to contribute towards something big. I mainly picked it because it looked the best out of everything that I had seen BTW - we added a honeymoon and other things to our registry. We were also thinking of doing just a honeymoon registry (we were thinking about wanderable) but there were a lot of other things we needed too. Hope this helps!
