Question for everyone: I got an email from "Fabio" telling me my planner Karla, who I have been working with for almost a year, is no longer with the company. I expressed my concerns and asked him to set up a phone meeting with me over a week ago, and emailed him again yesterday with no response. My wedding is three weeks away and I'm freaking out about all the final details:-/ Is this happening to anyone else?

Hi everyone!! Does anyone know what a good amount of paper lanterns would be to have for the plaza zavas gazebo? I'm having a hard time with figuring out how many will be enough!?

Rachel, do you have pics I can see from Vucko? Has anyone tried Matias Cano? How's his work?

Did you have a chance to check out Zocalo Alfresco and Plaza Zavas while you were at the Azul? Which did you like better? Are they truly private areas? Is there any other location that you think would be good for a private dinner and reception?

The pictures they have make it really hard to tell much of anything and I'm trying to solidify my dinner and reception location.

Also, was there any places you saw that would be good for the cocktail hour before dinner?

Do you know if you will have to pay the $800 dollars for the outside vendor fee for both your photographer and DJ, since they are both outside vendors? Or, is it a one tme only fee?
