I made place cards that I bought from Michaels that come with an online template and they will be put onto a table at the entrance so people will know where to sit. Then at the individual tables I made menus and guestlibs with each of there names on it as I wanted to assign seats.

I am getting married there April 13 and I'm doing the semi private dinner because I only have 33 guests! I figured I would just book the disco after and make up for the lack of privacy I'm expecting at the dinner. I am getting nervous because Santena takes forever to respond to emails and the time is fastly approaching!

Do you have any photos of the set up from your semi private reception? I am close to 40 like you and they refuse to budge and now they tell me the tables are all rectangular! Any help would be appreciated.

I received a quote from Tai Flora for some items and they are wayyy expensive. They are quoting me 2.50 for each votive!

What size table cloths did you order? I was thinking of purchasing table overlays like the ones shown in the link below, but I am not sure if this is the correct size.

I began working with a DW Travel Agent a couple of months ago. He had to send me the group contract 3 times as the first time he gave me dates for the wrong month, then one of the rooms were duplicated. Now he's telling me the deposit is $100 per person when he told me it was $200 per room before. Has anyone had this same trouble? My guests are going to be very upset if I change prices on them!
