How many guests are you planning on having? It's important to keep in mind that all of these hotels have a max of how many people you can have in a room, even a large room. I toured the vista suite and they said we could only have 40 people. That was a deal breaker for us because we wanted to have 60 plus guests.
Masterpiece catering also charges a tasting fee, even if you end up going with them for your event.
Honestly the biggest bang for your buck would probably be renting a home for a night or two. You have a lot more control of your event than you would in a hotel.
