I promise to give a detailed review in the next few days, but I am trying to readjust to being back to reality (especially after being gone for the past 17 days!).

Marcia Roberts was AMAZING!!!! I can't WAIT to get my photos from the wedding and the TTD (she took us to Dunne's River Falls!).
I did manage to post a few guest pics in the meantime!

Wow, it's my turn......we leave for our June 23rd wedding on Sunday morning. I can't believe that 7 months has flown by this fast! Thank you to all the wonderful people on this board for all their ideas, advice, reviews and templates. I honestly don't think I would have been able to pull all this together without BDW and especially this thread's help.
Special thank you to IslandGirl910, EHolt and MrsDeloatchtoBe! Without you ladies, I think I would have lost my mind, but here I am calmly counting down the hours until we leave, THANK YOU!
I promise to leave a review when we are back, but have taken up EHolt's approach....we are just going to go with the flow and enjoy ourselves. Whatever happens, it will still be a fabulous, joyous, loved fill day and nothing can change that.
MrsDeloatch you're up next, have a fabulous wedding and IslandGirl, I will call you the minute we are back from the honeymoon.
Cheers!

Here are my barefoot sandals, except I replaced the pearls with clear crystals.

Chan: Your teaser pictures are AMAZING!!!! Congrats on your nuptials and like everyone else, I can't wait to read your review when you are back!

Eholt: I can't believe your time is finally here!!! Best wishes to you and your soon to be hubby.
Can anyone comment if candles that are not in any type of container/holder (glass, vase, etc) will stay lit at Aunt Ruby's? It just occurred to me that my vision of a candle light filled room might not work if the flames are constantly getting blown out by the wind.
Thanks in advance for any insight.

Not all (which I'm guessing is a good thing, LOL). I actually wish we were leaving today! I've stopped (for the most part) of being such a detail freak and now realize it will be perfect however it turns out because I will be married to my honey.
Carol, you are RIGHT behind me!!!!!!

That's weird, I was told they are one in the same by the hotel.I guess we will know soon enough, I'm right behind you with 44 more days to go!!!!

Best of luck to you and remember to enjoy your day!!!

Anyway, I will be sure to post a review and pics when I get home.
Thanks for all the help over the last year! I couldn't have done it without all the people on this forum.

Check out the thread on "Studio suits" and also do a general search of "groom attire".
Lots of pictures and options out there, you just have to dig a little. If you haven't done so yet, read this entire thread from page 1. It will most likely answer most questions you have about the hotel.
Good Luck!

Maria: Thanks for the Tamarind balls idea. I've been trying to come up with something else that was Jamaican.
Paula: I plan on buying the following items at the Supermarket when I get there:
- Rum Cream
- Jerk Sauce/seasoning
- Blue Mountain Coffee (depends on the price)
- Tamarind balls
- Possibly individual rum cakes
The rest of my items will be brought with me from home.
Congrats on your upcoming wedding and please post a review when you get back!

1. 8oz bag of blue mountain coffee
2. 2 bottles of water
3. Pens with Jamaican logo
4. Local postcards for guests to write messages back home ( 2/ bag)
5. Tamrind balls (Jamaican candy)
I have family in Jamaica who are helping me get these items, but there are several souvenir shops in Montego Bay where you can pick stuff up.

I bought the same starfish from Michael's and they turned out great. I will post pictures as soon as I upload them.

My mom found big sugar starfish at Michael's and has figured out how to duplicate this- she said it was really easy!
Hope this helps

MrsJones, Congratulations! You looked beautiful and so did everything else! I am so glad I booked Marcia as well, your pictures show how good of a job she does and you both looked so relaxed in your pictures (instead of staged).
