Thought I would let you know I heard from NINA to confirm my Date. Im feel so much better!!I did not call because i wanted everything in writting...everything is fine except she did not have our ID and Birth Certs which I sent many times so I had to resend them, which is fine. She seems very nice and she appoligized many times through the email-it was a great email.

The reason I receveid a response was because I got my travel agent involved and I also wrote a pretty harsh email explaing the disapointment in the lack of communication.

Good Luck! I understand the position she is in but the operations Manager should not have posted that unless they were prepared to recevie all the emails wondering if there info was deleted/lost.

Least we know she is there and working on things!

I have gotten my travel agent involved she will be contacting her Palladium Rep. I will let you know if I hear anything. We should be having to go through this at all!

I was wondering if you have heard back from NINA(the new WC) I have been freaking out since I saw the forum on Palladium addicts they have lost things for future brides.
I have emailed a few times since the post Nov 2nd.
Has ANYONE heard anything since Nov 2nd? I have confirmations from both WC prior to NINA but worried from all the problems they have had. Any feedback from anyone would be great!

Jenn have you confirmed with NINA your wedding date and time? I have not heard back from her I try to confirm it each time WC changes. Did you book your photographer yet? I ended up booking with Sun gold in Jamaica!!

I am getting married April 28th !!! I am using Sungold Photography there amazing they are located in Jamaica. I know a few brides who have used them and no issues just dont mention they are locals if you decided to use them. We ended up booking with the owners Paula and Damion!!

Yes this is the problem with different corrdinators. Thats why I been waiting closer too to get the right info.

I have emailed Nina more than 2 weeks ago and have not heard back. Just to confirm the wedding then I was going to ask her all the questions.

What Menu did you pick? I have the Caribbean package looks like you had the tropical package? Confused with this as they told me if I book the Blue Lagoon I have to choose the Caribbean package?

I was wondering how all of you are getting all of your stuff for your OTT Bags on the plane? I will already have way to much!! I really want to go to Canadian Tire tonight and get the bubba kegs but worried about getting to Jamaica!!

Thanks for replying . Yes your right they do looked posed thats why I dont like them that much. I have been in contact with them and I did mention there website how its way out of date. He said he will send me pictures this week of ones he has taken at the GP Lady Hamilton. When I get them I will post them.

If I dont like them then I will be booking with Sun gold.

Great Question I am wondering the same. It seems there is no info out there. There website is not that great at all.

I have asked True Colors to send me photos that they have taken at the GP lady hamilton and they still have not.

 

Kinda thinking of going with a local but worried at the same time.

I was just reading the post about Sun gold were thinking of booking them but Paula and Damian are booked for our day April 28th so we will need to use there associates. Are you worried about the resort and how were are not suppose to use the local photographer's. Just wondering how you feel about this as Paula told me they know everyone its a small town so we may get charged from the resort. Just wondering if you have heard anything on what would happen? Is True Colors that bad do you know?
